Fossil Men’s Big Tic watch #BG1092 Review

Bought this watch at an outlet store for half the price, but I thought I’d write a review here anyway to help people out.
The pros:
As a geek, I love the visible circuit board. There are also a number of different animations for the digital seconds display, from scrolling, to shrink/grow, to sliding in/out. The build quality is good, and definitely feels like it’ll last.
The cons:
All the descriptions I’ve found say the seconds display can be set to a still pattern. After switching through every animation mode, I can’t find the still pattern. If someone figures it out, please post. There’s only one button on the watch though, so I’m pretty sure I’ve exhausted all possibilities, including holding it down. But ya, sometimes it’s nice to just have a simply seconds display when you want to time something, but it’s no big deal. I’m still happy with it.
Also, an indiglo option would have made this watch perfect. Instead, the hands have a glow-in-the-dark coating. They’re not terribly bright, but when it’s completely dark you can see them, so it works.
Also, like the other reviewer aid, the links aren’t easy to remove, but it’s not terribly difficult. But I think this can be seen as a plus. It’s built to stay together. I just used a pair of pliers and a paperclip to push the pins out. Once you get the hang of it, it’s a snap.
